A GUESS WITH NUMBERS, NOT A PROMISE

What does a win chance mean?

An 80% chance means about 8 wins in 10 similar games. It does not promise what will happen this time.

For each upcoming game, we use the current moneyline prices supplied by a bookmaker through ESPN. Both teams’ prices come from the same bookmaker. We remove the bookmaker’s margin so the two chances add up to 100%.

Waiting for current odds…

The page checks automatically every minute while visible, and when you return to it. Cloudflare may cache feed data for 30 seconds; ESPN can have additional delays. “Checked” means when this site retrieved the feed, not when a bookmaker last changed its prices. Opening prices and ESPN’s separate matchup predictor are not used. Missing odds stay blank.

Predictions are for fan interest. They are not results. No betting sign-ups or wagers are offered.

03 / THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE TEAM

One family. A lasting legacy.

The coach picks the plays. The owners help guide the whole club.

MEET BIG RED

The coach.
The moustache.
The playbook.

“Big Red” is Andy Reid, the Chiefs’ head coach. Think of the coach as the team’s teacher: he helps players practise and builds the plan for game day.

04 / YOU’RE ON THE TEAM NOW

Football, without the head-scratching.

Six little things that make the story easier to follow.

01

What is a season?

A year of games. Today, teams play 17 regular-season games. Older seasons had fewer.

02

What are the playoffs?

The knockout games after the main season. Lose one, and your season is over.

03

What is the Super Bowl?

The NFL’s championship game. The AFC winner plays the NFC winner for the trophy.

04

How do you score?

A touchdown is 6 points. A field goal is 3. After a touchdown, a team can try for 1 or 2 extra points.

05

Why do years look odd?

The 2019 season ends at the Super Bowl in February 2020. Season year and game year can differ.

06

What is a favourite?

The team the odds suggest is more likely to win. “More likely” still leaves room for a surprise.

THE STORY BEHIND THE STORY

Real history. Clear sources.

History checked 7 November 2026. Current games and odds update from ESPN. This is an independent fan guide, not an official Chiefs, NFL or ESPN website.

Sources, archive coverage & photo credit

Automatic updates: current-season results, live game scores, fixtures and available pregame moneyline odds come from ESPN’s public sports feeds. ESPN Chiefs schedule · ESPN odds. Feed delays and outages are possible; the page shows the last successful check and warns if updates fail. Historic articles and ownership history are not automatically rewritten.

Game archive: official Chiefs season pages, 1960–2026. Every season was collected, including the regular-season and playoff entries the team publishes. Available preseason entries are also included; older preseason coverage varies. Bye weeks are rest weeks, not games. Open any game to see its source.

The team’s archive sometimes uses today’s city names for old opponents. Familiar franchise moves have been corrected here; old Washington entries use a neutral label. Unknown venues and unconfirmed dates are shown plainly. Future schedules may change.
